It’s spectrum and it’s always worked and it says you are currently disconnected reconnect and gain access too…

I can’t log into the show at all online I can only play offline stuff but my internet is working it jus says I’m disconnected I even deleted and reinstalled the game and it still has the same glitch, I jus wanna play diamond dynasty so please someone help me
