Well, it's a preference more than a stipulation. I've found men mature enough to participate in a league drama free tend to be the types that have kids... just a correlation.

I currently have a full league of members actively selecting which teams they want for this season, but it never fails I ALWAYS have a member or two drop out for personal reasons and will need replacements. Custom Leagues has become the red headed step-child of The Show modes. It's maddening.

1. Is major, but not a game breaker.
2. Is annoying but tolerable.
3. That's a thing? Never noticed before.
4. This should be moved up to #2.

BONUS.
The REAL #1 Issue are the starting pitchers needing FIVE OR SIX full games just to regain their Stamina. Has anyone brought this issue up yet?!
