How do people reach World Series in co op? You guys deserve a Purple Heart. I’m freezing every game and losing 50 points for it?! But I get 5 points after a walk off win lol.

Man let me start off by saying I love mlb the show, period. So far I’ve had about 10 “extra” rewards from from the 25k spin thing, give or take. One has been diamond, one has been gold, and every other one was silver. Anyone having “bad luck” this time around. I feel like last season I was being blessed with way more gold and diamond “spins”. Nothing serious to complain about, just was curious if anyone has been cursed this season like me. Go A’s!

Well, if you're submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, and everyone else is also doing that you're flooding them with extra tickets.

What was your issue and when did you submit you r original ticket?

Sell order disappeared during the last server crash. Submitted the ticket on Sunday the 23rd.

Hello all,

When submitting an account issue ticket, are you supposed to get an automatic reply letting you know that your ticket went through?

I heard on average it takes them 3-5 days to respond. So let’s see

Yea put 99 trout and 99 Vladimir Sr on just before the crash and poof just vanished. I have so much time invested in this game, it's sad honestly.

And sad thing is they won’t do anything about it. It makes me not want to play this game anymore. I lost Corbin Carrol but still it’s so frustrating .

The community seems to not have any faith in SDS making things right so we might just have to take this L fellas. Brighter days are around the corner…… hopefully

No idea on the timeframe for a reply as I don't know if different tickets get sent to different areas (what you experienced compared to a bug/Mini Seasons ticket).

But they should eventually answer you.

I assume you filed it via the website by selecting the ? in a circle?

As for what they will do .... They can jump onto the main servers and see everyone's transaction/pack history.

If you did lose this card, not saying you didn't, they will have visual proof it was listed and should refund you the card.

Now, if it's selling for less than it was when you first listed it; they won't compensate for that loss.

Servers crashed last night and Corbin Carrol went missing he was supposed to be listed for someone to buy now just gone. So frustrating makes me not want to play this game.
