Every time I try to play events, battle royale, or ranked seasons, I search for an opponent and once connected to someone, my rating range drops to 'Min 0 & Max 0', before the session eventually closes and I can't play my opponent.
I'm not even making it to the pitcher screen, I physically cannot join a game session and therefore I can't play a single game.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm on PS5 for context.
When I login to TheShow.com with my PSN, it shows I'm connected to an MLB The Show account. However, when I login with the exact same MLB The Show account, there's no PSN linked to it. When I try to link the two via in game code, I receive a 'Platform Exclusivity' error.
As well, when I login on my PlayStation it shows my account as not linked. How do I fix this?
