Hello everyone, I’ve been going through this for a very long time and I was finally able to do it!
I tried face scanning more than 20+ times. I searched up videos and information to see if there is anything that can fix this problem. Nothing came up. I even tried fixing my iphone camera but nothing
Anyways, After trying a million times, I used a different device which seemed to fix the problem. I used an ipad. Seems like the format/quality is less powerful than an iphone, so it uploaded the photo with ease.
Problem Solved. Us a different device, preferably Something thats not a newer iphone with high picture quality, which the app clearly won’t pick up.
Devices that worked out: Older iphones 12 and below, Ipad and Android devices.
