Ridiculous situation.. infuriating!!!

Just got a perfect game prompt with Giolito. I came in during then 7th, and I proceeded to send 9 straight back to the bench!!!
... BUT ... my stupid offense hadn’t scored a single run. So we go into the 10th tied 0-0. We failed to score in the 10th, but — even on no energy!! — Giolito sent them down 1-2-3 to force an 11th! My teammates finally score a run in the top of the 11th. I struck out the 1st batter .... then I give up a tank to Rougned Odor. To make matters worse, I get yanked and the reliever gives up another run.
And here’s the kicker ... I get 2 freezy icons because we lost the game, AND I get 0 player boost for Giolito!!! He went 31 up, 31 down and doesn’t get a thing to show for it!!!
SDS.... do better.

That sucks, but it seems your beef is really with MLB, as perfect games lost in extra innings don't qualify according to their silly rules.

Not sure if you’re being serious or not, but I was player-locked as the pitcher. Offense was totally out of my hands. And it was an AL team, so I literally had nothing whatsoever to do with the offense.
The mission was to complete a perfect game — which I did ... and then some! But still got nothing.

Oh dam, yes that's right. Yeah I was being serious, but I was way off base. Sorry dude. I just get sick of all the silly complaints on this forum, and jumped on ya - but yeah my bad I was totally wrong. Broke my own rule about trying to be nice on the interweb.

No worries, brah! These forums really are overrun with a lot of silly complaints that drive me up the wall too, so I totally understand where you were coming from.
But, as it turns out, Giolito not getting his season-long boost doesn’t matter ... a couple minutes after posting this thread, I reached the trade deadline and was offered Cody Bellinger in exchange for Grandal and Giolito..... I know I got fleeced, but I took the trade anyway. I just couldn’t pass up the chance to see Bellinger in a Sox uniform! But, yikes.... those were two extremely important pieces .... oh well lol. Interested to see how this trade plays out.

O no thats the worst. Just horrible luck and not your fault they couldn't score. Your absolutly right SDS really needs to do a better job with that. You shouldn't get penalized for retiring 31 in a row.
I was able to actualy complete a perfect game with one of the yankees call up's today. I was shocked i've never had a perfect game until now.

I feel your pain. Just got hosed out a 3-0 lead on the astros in the ALCS. Bottom 9th with 2 outs and a runner on 3rd. I'm up 2-1. When diamond-shield Judge alligator arms a fly ball right to him, allowing the tie runner in. And of course the very next inning they hit a walk-off HR. So much for "improving" the defense.

Reminds me of Rich Hill's No-No vs the pirates a few years ago. 0-0 game, went into the bottom 10 and gave up a solo shot for the loss
