Woke up to no internet. Grind Derby?
-
Internet is down in my area. Grinding derby appears to be my only option. Just want to confirm that any xp I earn will count once my internet is up and running again.
-
Use mobile hotspot with your phone. Wouldn’t recommend playing online games on it though.

Could hardly win on fiber yesterday. Switched to mobile hot spot and won like 5-6 in a row including first 3 games that didn't go past the first inning. Pitching, fielding and hitting was all better. First game switching back to fiber, all these returned.

I suppose that is an option.

I’m sensing a pattern here.

Right, its called Lag compensation. Your opponent felt like he was swimming under the ocean the entire time. It's a terrible thing to do.

This game requires a top of the line internet connection, this is not PubG.
Your mobile was probably on 5g, much more reliable than fiber. Fiber has all those strands that can get out of place sometimes.
So you were experiencing the most accurate gaming experience because you decided to use the proper state of the art internet that can keep up with this game.

I hope you have a terrible data plan

If true, it is OK for me to feel like I am swimming under the ocean the majority of games? How about we add ping indicators and ping based match making and make the game better (smoother) for everyone? You have 200 ping, you play someone around 200 ping.

All this talk of swimming under the ocean and pings makes me think you are playing sub hunter.
What does ping have to do with hittin' dingers?

Unlimited but I am sure after a couple of gb's they will slow me down. Now, eventually I will still face the same things I do on fiber. Just probably won't be as much. On PUBG, my ping was usually sub 20 wired with fiber. Mobile hot spot it was around 70. Still better than a decent amount of people.

Way to hijack a post instead of answering the OPs question lol... If it’s like years past you should get your XP once you get back online.
I'm not sure it's legal to say hijack in an open forum, be careful.
