NOT PUTTING IN CORRECT PLAYOFF TEAMS.

Custom leagues have not been putting in the correct top 8 teams by record into the playoffs. I've put in a bug report but nothing has been done about.
Please fix this issue.

We had this happen in two separate leagues. Both times, the commissioner had said no to generating stats on Force Wins (this seems to be the source of the problem).
In another league, we had been generating stats and the seeding was perfect.
