Monitor gamer 144hz, 1ms

I’m looking to upgrade my basic 60hz monitor after I just bought a ps4 pro. Looks like 144 is a definite upgrade over the basic I’ve got. The one I’m eyeballing is 240. I don’t know if it would be a significant difference for you going from 144 to 240 or 280.
The 1ms looks to be good but what I’m confused on is some say 1ms OD but are really like 5ms. So I’m trying to do more research before I buy one thinking it’s the true 1ms but it’s not.

Since the PS4 caps at 60hz refresh, anything over that is overkill for current gen system. I haven't seen anything on the refresh rate for the PS5

144hz means nothing for the PS4. Plus don’t confuse 1ms response time and input lag. They are different and input lag is the more important of the two.
