Great to see how SDS decided no innings mission at all this season and instead 2-3 ranked games to get 15k pxp for 5k progress

haven't played ranked since they changed that. i can grind through innings to get through the program. seems like such a slog with the xp mission instead when people constantly quit and you have to keep playing to get points towards 15k at least if someone quit after 3 innings i made decent progress.

I stopped playing ranked a couple years back because they removed the innings. Everything became about offense, and I can't hit well. It was no longer beneficial to win a 1-0 game, I would make very little program progress and get 'rewarded' by facing people that were even better at pitching.

The reason for this change was very likely to combat 3rd party stub services.

They have to slow your roll somehow. Its still possible to blow through the whole MP program in about a day just playing events.
