My Yankees team ERA

I'm on the Yankees in 2030, and my teams pitching underperforms every single year. Last year we were 30th in ERA, this year 28th. Max Fried, Zac Gallen, Cam Schlittler all suck with over 4.50 ERAs, it's very unrealistic. Is there any sliders fix that could help? I tried to lower CPU contact but they still suck. Every game feels like 5-8 runs against. Please help I'm tryna win Judge a championship.

This isn't just RTTS. It's the same with franchise, too.
It is almost completely random. I see guys like Skenes and Skubal have bunk ERAs like 4 or 5 ... and then I see guys like Merrill Kelly win the Cy Young.
I really wish we could get an in-depth settings system like OOTP. We really need to be able to adjust global settings like ERA, WHIP, Ks and a whole host of other things.
It would be nice to be able to jack up the stamina so we don't have to have 13 pitchers on every team. Does anyone else remember when most teams carried 11?
Maybe we could get a pitcher throw 250 Ks. Right now, you're lucky to get someone throwing 200.

@StinkyMcPooter_XBL Okay that's sad but relieving to hear, it's just so unrealistic that I did actually up the pitcher stamina in sliders, only for them to mostly go 4 innings because they give up 5 runs lol

@plumpboi88_PSN Yeah, I don't think sliders affect global stats. Only the pitchers in the game you are playing.
