Altuve 2500 career hits program on 9/11/26
-
Nothing about Chapman and his 400 saves?
-
Nope sadly
-
They shouldn’t celebrate a cheater. Hope it’s ignored.
-
Altuve is one of my favorite players lol
-
How does one cheat to 2500 MLB hits in a frustratingly hard sport like baseball?
Jose is a hall of famer. Let the cheating scandal be left out of 2500 base hits. -
@TheGoaler_MLBTS I know this one. If the hitter has prior knowledge of what kind of pitch is coming getting hits becomes…. EASIER. Less impressive if you will. Not sure how this is complicated for you.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN he would still have over 2k hits even if you took 2017 and 2018 hit counts away.

Didn't batters know Mariano's Cutter was coming, but still couldn't hit it? 🤪

You assume he only cheated those two years. How cute.
-
@TheGoaler_MLBTS this is called an outlier.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN can you prove he did?
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN He/They probably cheated in 2019.
DONT TOUCH MY SHIRT GUYS I GOT A BUZZER IN IT!
Also, Aroldis "Mr. Blown Saves Man" Chapman served up a meatball to Altuve. Glad he's off the team. Considered Altuve's antics, if he didn't have the buzzer, he probably would've looked at the pitch and ultimately struck out, sending it to extras. We obviously know the Astros are awful in extras. Then, my Yanks would've had a cakewalk against the Nationals.

Apolloz_99_MLBTS doesn’t matter. That’s the thing about a reputation. Hard to build and easy to destroy. I can assume, justly, that he was cheating before 2017 and after 2018 because he has a flawed character.
-
@Player99_MLBTS exactly. Anyone who watched that knows [censored] well the cheating was ongoing and went beyond a trashcan. Those guys had some sort of buzzer mechanism. Tattoo cover story is for the same people still expecting a DOGE check. You know…Morons.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN and if you can prove it then people would believe you. But the only times that were proven is in 2017 and early 2018.

Mike Fiers can prove it.
-
@Apolloz_99_MLBTS this is like arguing with a pigeon.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN you are discrediting his whole career based off 1.25 years. He still has over 2k hits if you take those seasons out. And unless you can prove he was guilty longer than that then it’s just an assumption. Which you’re entitled to but it doesn’t make it true.
-
@Apolloz_99_MLBTS the burden of proof is not on me. He has shown himself as someone who is willing to cheat. Because of his actions there will always be a cloud of doubt as to whether any of his stats are legit. I’m sorry your favorite player is a no good cheater but he is the only one to blame here.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN he isn’t my favorite player. But there have been reports and studies done that showed he wasn’t a major component in that scandal. If you actually cared about the facts that is.
