I have a question if someone could answer it for me

I don't know what to tell you, man. I've been saying for awhile that a MASSIVE amount of the content creators in this community are a bad influence on kids. How would a 10 year old even know about a 3rd party stub site? Probably from one of the content creators promoting it, I'd assume.
I'm trying my best not to call out the obvious of... "why does a 10-year old have your credit card and the ability to even do this?" but like... sorry I'm at a loss for words here. It's a tough situation, but in the end, it violates the TOS in a major way.

Because I was out of town on business and he went to his mother and told her he needed to buy stubs for his baseball on Xbox and my wife not knowing any better let him do it. He didn’t even buy that many stubs. I’m not going to sit here and explain myself. To anyone I’m just done they can keep there same BS game it’s the same [censored] over and over every year it’s just old already and it’s time to move on! Don’t worry these greedy people at SDS will put themselves out of business by given out the same [censored] every year! I just hope a new company comes out with a better baseball game and sticks it up there A$$’s thays it for me after 10 years I have given these people enough of my money Audios SDS

Doubling down… let us know how your appeal plays out. Hopefully you can get a refund from the stub sellers too. Scary to think my kids could be giving out my account info and passwords to shady hackers they contact on the internet and purchase video game cheat services from. Without my knowledge…

If the above story is true it truly stinks, but you can see why quite a few people don’t believe it. The people being banned are making a lot of excuses. If the guy spent thousands on the game this year then why would his son need to buy more even stubs? If those stubs went towards players, as he claimed, then how did he not notice those players were suddenly on his team? I can’t prove he is lying nor do I care, but a lot of what he is claiming doesn’t quite add up. On another note he doesn’t need to buy a new game he just needs to start a new account if in fact his son did make an honest mistake.
-
Agreed, it makes zero sense. If he spent spent thousands of dollars of his own real money then what other players does he need he should have just about all of them and more than enough stubs leftover to buy more. Sorry, there is a reason why his account got banned regardless of whether he or his son bought the stubs from that site.
I read i n a earlier post this should be a good teaching moment not only for the kid but especially the parents as well.

Your 10 year old son is mightily advanced lol
Also how did your son find out about this 3rd party site
-
@GodShammGod2_XBL probably yfk or some other YouTuber.
-
I think I’m more worried that a 10 years old knew how to put the credit card info into the site and knew what he was doing!! Kids are devious for sure but that’s crazy young for them to know what they are doing. No judgment on your parenting because my kids have done some pretty stupid things, I’m just glad it was on something stupid like stubs and not anything major. But rules are rules and unfortunately this is the perfect time to teach your kid about consequences and repercussions.
-
If my kid threw rocks at a neighbor's window and broke them, I am still financially responsible for the consequences. I can't just pass the buck to my child. As a parent, I am 100% responsible to guard over the type of media they consume, and sometimes their actions are a reflection of myself. If true, this is a great teaching moment for all parties.

You're an adult. You're responsible for your 10 year old kid.
You blamed him, then you blamed your wife.
Game is in the dumps this year in a large part because of all this cheating, buying discount stubs, etc. Everyone should have been banned months or years ago however long its been happening
No excuses for cheating on a video game
-
I think OP should submit ticket and provide evidence that his son bought stubs using his own credit or debit card (the son’s card) and perhaps a police report showing he is pressing charges. SDS will have no other choice then to lift ban.
-
BS lmao. This guy also said he is the only one that plays on his account and has never purchased stubs yesterday.
-
Just start a new account and grind. You will have a competitive squad within an hour.
No point in making up BS on the forum.
-
@DrBear100_PSN lol exactly I spent 1000s on this game, but my son needed stubs. Sure buddy. Go sit down and take your ban. We dont believe you. And even if true you are still responsible for your sons actions. You are fighting a losing battle.

lol this guy’s story is total BS
