Ive been having a bit of fun using the draft guys while chasing Buxton. I didnt really start playing regularly again until a couple weeks ago so I am not even close to him, but Ill keep chipping away.
Seeing those draft cards become pipeline cards and then major leaguers has been really fun, even if its a little cheesy that high schoolers have way better cards than most hall of famers.

@Dolenz_PSN nah he will probably be chase and my legacy like buxton assuming made will be collection.

My legacy really has potential as a psuedo TA type thing. Imagine if they made one for Negro League players? I know I would love that and I don't feel Im alone. The 250k pxp is excessive, but it seems they can structure it like a program if they want. Buxton does have stat goals too.

@Dolenz_PSN lots of cards that look like they have real potential to be rly good. Even mid and low tier I see cards I like Seth Hernandez, Carlos Lagrange, Walcott.

Many of these minor leaguers now have more cards than David Wright and dozens of other legends. Not that a top prospect getting 2 cards is egregious, but SDS just doesnt like legends these last two years.

Last year most legends ended up getting cards but it was towards the end of the year but almost seemed like an afterthought

It makes me wonder if the actual issue is that the player base as a whole doesn't like legends as much. I'm considered "old" in gaming standards, so I would prefer more legends to. But they obviously have the data on which cards get used the most and which cards move the needle overall, and maybe it shows that current players and prospect cards are what the majority want.

The were one of the teams not listed in the original post.
It sucks, I get it. But the Red Sox only have one fewer card than the Yankees and are about 10 plus cards ahead of the team in 3rd place.
No Rays is more concerning because they could really use the cards

@Dolenz_PSN yeah main reason why I’m rly not complaining is I know we have been well off this year. As a Sox fan no arias sucks as a baseball fan I just wanna see variety.
