A glitch has cost me over 100,000 stubs. SDS has been aware since early May and done nothing about it.

    Short version:
I've been locked out of two separate mini-season modes since April due to a game glitch. Unfortunately, I have cards on those rosters which I cannot access and am therefore locked out of selling on the DD Market. These cards are worth over 100K stubs. Via submitting a ticket regarding technical/account issues, I've been in touch with SDS multiple times over the last few months. They've acknowledged that they understand the issue and are working on it. Yet now we're in mid-August and it's still an issue. Just curious as to whether others have had similarly unacceptable customer service experiences with SDS and their response to costly glitches or account issues?

    ....

    Long version (TL;DR):

I played two seven-game mini-seasons at the beginning of the year, and experienced the same glitch after both of them: the game now returns an error message whenever trying to re-enter either of those specific mini-seasons again. To be clear, I don't really care about losing access to two types of mini-seasons from April. But the problem is that I have cards on the rosters of those mini-seasons which should be sellable, yet I'm totally locked out of access to the mini-season rosters they are on. I submitted a ticket to SDS regarding this, along with a screen recording demonstrating what was happening. A couple weeks later (in May), they reached out to say that they were working on my issue and checked to make sure I was still experiencing it. I was. A month later, I emailed them and they replied, stating that they "hope to reach a resolution soon." Six weeks after that, I emailed again. They again responded, saying that they are "still working on issues with mini-seasons."

I clarified in a follow-up email that I don't really even care about the mini-season mode access. I just want something in return for the valuable cards I'm locked out of selling on the market. They said that they understood this. That was right around the trade deadline.

The cards I'm locked out of selling were collectively worth close to a hundred thousand stubs back when I submitted the ticket to SDS. Now they would go for substantially more than that, since one of them is the WBC Eddie Rosario card. Either way, the glitch has screwed me out of an awful lot of stub/card value and persisted for the most active 4-month stretch of an online game with annual installments.

I had a community member on here tell me to restart the mini season, where you hold the x button down till the circle is done. SDS never bothered to reply or offer a suggestion.

I was going to suggest the same thing. I have had cards locked in a completed mini season, so I restart once I am done and it works for me.

You just need to restart the mini season and it'll fix it. I'm sorry no one has told you this yet.

Good rule of thumb, when you start a new mini season, always check that there is 7 or 28 games before you play the first game. If it’s less, then restart it immediately because it won’t progress. Also note that this is the case for every single iteration of mini seasons.

@home-runn_mlbts your being generous saying 100k. The Rosario alone is 250k and I'm pretty sure has been close to 400k.

I sent you a PM. Let me know if you think it'll help. Good luck, either way.
