Did They Nerf Hitting In A Recent Update?

Since about 3 days ago I suddenly cannot hit a thing.
Everything I make contact on goes straight to a fielder.
Pitchers seem to be throwing strikes constantly that require ABS challenges because they’re as close to being a ball as you can get without being one.
I’m having swings with both timing and contact “good” result in fouls balls. (Makes zero sense)
Can’t catch up to fastballs, getting nowhere near off speed pitches.
Did they change something? Because I’m in season 17 of my career and haven’t struggled this badly up until this point…
