Tulo in CF?

I am not super active, did I miss the chain where it was explained how the 99 Tulo can be placed in CF without much of a penalty, if at all? I have played a few guys now with him in CF and he is more than adequate even though he has no secondary.

Do I not understand the fielding penalties for playing someone out of position? Should his fielding not be knocked 30-50 points.

Happens a lot. Ss can basically play almost any position without much penalty it seems

I play AS Witt Jr. at 3rd & Second sometimes, but 3 inning Conquest games.
