Hitting Stats As You Get Older
-
I read online a while back that once your player gets past 35 his stats start to gradually decline.
My player is in his 16th season, age 37 and all his stats are exactly the same and have not gone down at all.
Was I given the wrong information or is it more that his in game ability declines but the physical stat numbers stay the same?

Jack, is your player on the juice?

-
BTW - I was once stuck in AA for 12 years and finally retired. Ha ha

He was juiced the first few years I’m sure of it

I’ve tried to up the difficulty as my career progresses to keep a level of realism, I haven’t broken any records but I’ve done pretty well!
12 seasons sounds horrific! Was that some kind of glitch? And why did you stick with it that long?! I would’ve quit after 2 or 3!

Ha! I was a pitcher when I was a kid and always played as a pitcher but the long haul one was as a hitter. I don’t know why I stuck it out so long. I was among the league leaders in homers some times but I couldn’t hit above .250 or so for average and I never got the call. Oh well. I’m a little better now but got interested in Diamond Dynasty and collecting cards so I don’t play the other modes now.
