auto rosters from ST to Season or Season to Postseason?

One thing that I have found to be annoying or maybe I am just missing something, but during your Franchise, when you are transitioning throughout the season whether it be from offseason to spring training or ST to season or season to playoffs, the roster is automatically chosen for you. Even with manual rosters on and even when you have already try to apply the players you have want or have chosen but the computer or AI decides to move other players.
I feel you should be able to chose which players you want on you MLB roster coming from ST into your season. Yes even when it is on manual and you try to promote or send down the players you want or don't want on your MLB roster. Or even when you're going into MLB postseason, your roster is literally automatically picked for you. even with manual on.
This always happens. Has always happened with every MLB the show i can imagine.

Or I am just missing something. Thanks.So, I literally tested this the other day. A few months ago, the CPU would make changes for you no matter what your settings. That seems to have been fixed.
Here's what is going on. When you start ST, all your 40 man roster players get called up to the majors. If you don't change anything, when you start the regular season, the CPU will make all your choices for you. It will send down whomever it wants. They will waive or DFA players that have no options (or 5 years of service).
So, what you need to do is a day or so before ST ends, you need to make all your moves. Everyone that you want sent down, you have to do it yourself. If you have players that need waived or DFA'ed, you'll have to do that. Once you have 26 players in your MLB active roster, the CPU won't change anything for you.
