One is "rare", that's simply it. IRL you have cards that are the same picture, but different numbered and colored.

One could also say that SDS is being predatory towards users that could be playing the game drunk off of both Johnny Walker Black & Red at the same time if you're that much of a numbskull, to pay that much more for the red!
You'd have to be either $tub rich, or a dopey Parallel -30 brain to fall for that 🤪 -
That's funny, because I asked chatGPT, and they gave me the same response related to its rarity, and that there's no difference in the performance of the card due to the same attributes. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Anyhow, appreciate the feedback.

If you apply Head On directly to forehead while simultaneously using a red card in your lineup then you'll get a third eye that you can use exclusively when playing MLB the Show games.

Actually, it's more like P.T. Barnum's "A sucker is born every minute". I think SDS is testing the waters to see if we're silly enough to buy the Red one. I'm guessing "yes".

They absolutely are testing the waters and I expect to see more rare “parallels” moving forward. Anything to make a few extra bucks.

That's stupid SDS, especially for a card that's going to be worthless in months to come. Actually it is worthless now since the black version is cheaper,, you can obtain in that no sell pack in the homerun derby program and most importantly it has the same attributes as the red one. Who ever came up with that idea not smart, I'll just.leave it at that.

Oh, I agree that it’s extremely stupid, but as mentioned previously it’s definitely a test. If they see enough people buying it they will roll out more of them. I guess some people think it makes them look cooler to run out the rare version. I think it does the exact opposite. If you buy it, you overpaid, if you pull it you should sell it. To each their own.

Exactly sell it and use the black one. Watch SDS require that red card for a collection. I see it coming.
