Missing card

I just unlocked the new event Trevor Hoffman, and when I went to put him into my lineup he was no where to be found in my inventory! Any help?

Have you tried exiting the game and reloading?

My other suggestion is contact support, I noticed i was missing the 85 overall Beltran this week as I was going through my collection and SDS had a redemption voucher for me within 2 days.
