@KenKen71412_MLBTS I form my own opinions like dolenz said I don’t need somebody to tell me how to feel about the game. but this is a very valid point communication has been broken to say the least this year.
This video or anything I post isn't about changing or infusing anyone's opinion. I think we can all agree this game has seen better days.
If I hope to accomplish anything it would be for SDS to wake up and realize, they have one of the most dedicated fanbases. They have spent years building and deserve credit for the hard work that has been put into this game. But all of that will be gone. Years of hard work, put in by some great people. Gone, if this continues. This game is on the verge of becoming a disaster. What's going to bring us back next year? I know SDS has no control over the upcoming labor dispute. But if someone is fed up and puts this game down right now and doesn't have a reason to play again until 2028? What then?!? And I've seen or heard nothing that makes me think they get it.
I guess my point is, you can't pump games full of steroids to bring the fans back like it's the mid to late 90s.

@NWOStunna_PSN br was great. Im telling you the decision to take awesome things away like that is unforgiveable. I couldnt believe all of that was gone when I purchased 2024 version of the game.
Like seriously how dumb is this new management team or the people making decisions over there now? Resign your position. Like seriously get lost.

Sorry the guy is an SDS homer, he has trashed people saying their opinion on the game and said it’s irrelevant. He was praising them for the allstar and draft content, then he is taking a month off and trashes SDS.

I don’t get that they don’t hear this push back from the community. By far the worst. Literally free advice from hundreds of streamers. Same streamers that help sell your game and you don’t listen to any of it.

I watched and 100% agree with his thoughts and views. As I’ve said before it’s one thing to be negative about a game and just trash them, but it’s another thing to have a company lie and gaslight its community and then have the audacity to ask for surveys and tell us how the game is while doing nothing to fix it. There’s so much wrong with this game this year and imo sds knew this game was broken beyond repair but they put it out anyways because they needed a profit. They used to listen to the community and creators used to be big influences and the game was for the most part always fair and balanced. This was by far the best online sports game to play but now it’s so vile and predatory towards money. For everyone that says well then don’t play it, you’re the reason this game is so pathetic. You’re a sheep and you would jump off a cliff if your buddy went. People are so passionate about their thoughts because most of us have families and jobs and for a couple hours a week we want to forget reality and just play our favorite pastime game. We don’t get to spend hours a day grinding for stuff we probably won’t get. We want to hop in the game do some missions and play but we keep getting booted out or deal with cheaters or cards hid behind paywalls. It ruins the fun for the majority of this games base and it’s so sad that sds has no awareness of what’s going on or they do and they just don’t care. We aren’t asking them to split a atom or solve world hunger. All we want is to be heard and to just play a game that can both satisfy online and offline players. Surely it can’t be that hard to appease people. I get your not ever going to make everyone happy and people are always going to find something to complain about but this years game is well deserved of all its criticism. If it was playable and half way decent then yea maybe we would be over exaggerating but this years game is beyond pathetic.
Listening to creators is an easy way to kill a game. Most (notice not all) creators only care about views and making a buck because they're too lazy to get a real job. There are a few good ones out there but most are just fake pieces of [censored]. Tells you where we are in society when people are giving these degenerates money. No different than OnlyFans. If you are one of those that give money to a woman online you are a simp.

Fa show that’s absolutely true and honestly I think online creators have single handedly killed games because now everything is money based and of course creators get things for free to show off the game and then notice people to buy things to make the company money. It’s a very sad spot we are in and unfortunately there is no going back. We let Schrödinger cat out the bag and it’s only going to get worse!! Games used to be about story and relying on the game itself. Now company’s lose money on the game itself and just hope people buy micro transactions. It’s a$$ backwards and pathetic.

@KenKen71412_MLBTS what a noble thing you are doing. Posting an urgent message directed to SDS in their own forums. A waste of your time it was though. SDS isn't in the business of fixing things these days nor do they even check the forums that they made for this very thing. To fix a bug is first and foremost admitting that you indeed messed something up which SDS has not done AT ALL in a very very long time. Secondly bugs do not increase profit so therefore are not ever prioritized over releasing new content. The few bugs that do get fix are only fixed because they actually make the game unplayable. Even these are mere bandaids that do not eve r fix it completely. If you somehow just stumbled across these forums and haven't played the game recently then walk away now and don't look back. There is a bug that makes some pitches/hits/steals/balls/strikes randomly just not count... I've gotten hits only to have the next hitter also be the previous hitter that just singled and should be on first base because it says he is 1-1 with a single. But he batting for a second time before any of my other hitters even hit once in a game. That is rare and only happened 2 total times. Strikes being called strikes but not being counted as a strike is the one that almost has me at my wits end because this doesn't happen once, twice, or even 3 measly times a game... NO NO NO THIS DISGRACEFUL ATTEMPT AT COUNTING BALLS AND STRIKES HAPPENS ALMOST EVERY INNING RANDOMLY. If we go to any little league game in the country this is not a thing that would happen even a single time. It is such an elementary but will it be fixed? Nope because they don't even play their own game and it is so obvious. Hire people that love the game or just sell the MLB rights because what we are getting now is just unacceptable. Sorry for the rant but man this game is bad. Eveveryone knows it except SDS....

@D_e_m_I_s_E_MLBTS are you implying that streamers are more responsible for killing this game as opposed to SDS? If so then will you please tell me how you came to such a horrendous conclusion? The game cannot even count balls and strikes correctly and you are implying that streamers are bad for the game? The game just is downright awful and it might be the first game that has steadily gotten worse with each new patch/content. That's not a streamers fault. It might be your fault for placing blame everywhere except where it should be placed. Please rebuttal I could use a good laugh.

I have noticed the balls and strikes thing but thought it was just me. I mean surely out of all the things to mess up in a baseball game your "prefect umpires" can count balls and strikes?!?
Show us you care SDS.
Before anyone says anything, I want a fair, playable game, not free packs or a promise to be better.
