Let’s call this what it actually is: absolute, unadulterated laziness. SDS should be embarrassed. We literally did their entire jobs for them, handed them the exact real-world gear layouts for Crawford, Harper, and Turner on a silver platter, and these developers couldn't even find the energy to click a few data fields.And don’t even get me started on Manny and the support desk. That entire department is a complete joke and a black hole for feedback. They send out their pathetic, generic canned emails just to pad their ticket-closing stats while actively ignoring the community.They charge $70 for a roster update every year and then treat the players who actually care about realism like trash. Stop kissing their boots. Keep spamming the bug reporter and keep this thread locked at the top until these devs are forced to actually do the bare minimum work we already laid out for them."

It's up to the players if they want to have the face scan, SDS can't force them and there are more needs than just gear for the players, people want better servers and no shrinkage on pitches amongst other things

I'm going to wait and see if any of our equipment requests make it into Game Update 16 instead.Thanks again to everyone. Wow, 18.9k views and 83 replies! You guys are incredible for keeping this momentum going. It's awesome to see that so many of us care about getting the real-world equipment details right. I'm crossing my fingers that the roster team uses this lead time to slide some of our gear requests into Game Update 16. please keep dropping your favorite player gear layouts below so we have a massive checklist ready for the next patch notes!"

I submitted these changes a month ago only to find out in update 15 they didn’t do any of the necessary changes that needed to be done. A lot of players gear in this game is outdated and has not been updated in 4 or 5 years. I was upset because they lied to me when they told me they passed my changes on to the people at San Diego studios that handle these changes. I really hope in update 16 they make up for it by making these necessary likeliness updates to these players who desperately deserve them and need them after many years of having the same gear. The purpose of this forum is so that San Diego Studios makes the gear changes to these players in the game that match the gear the wear on the field in real life thats what im going for with this forum. Again thank to all the players out there that have supported this forum since the beginning and also those players who want realism brought to MLB The Show 26!
