Nope, looks like they will have to be bought, good news is that both All Star packs should be in all the conquest/ Mini Seasons going forward so prices should come down a bit over time.
You need all but 5 of the All Star series for 99 Bellinger

Really sucks they made a seperate pack instead of just adding those people in the other packs. Instead they make a new scarce pack with mostly [censored] cards that’s not in the deluxe or premiere packs, it’s not in any of the program paths, no where but the shop. And if you want to complete the all star collection you need them. So it articulacy inflates their price. Why be so petty?
