Chocolate Bunny Pack

Again, this is among the biggest self-inflicted wounds that SDS is responsible for. The entirely lottery basis of these virtual rewards is one of the persistent complaints customers lodge. The solution is plain as day, which is why it won't ever happen.
Rewards should come in the form of a voucher, where the recipient can redeem it for any player at the level specified. The contest should say that if you succeed in it, then you earn a voucher for any 96 rated player card, and the voucher allows one to select one from any of those cards at that level.
This would end the lottery mentality that has caused so much anger. But, having said all that, I've come to the conclusion that SDS enjoys poking itself in the eye.

These used to be in vault
Packs during seasons that everyone hated where it gave u a choice of 5
Cards and didn’t give u the same cards over and over and over -
One of the things SDS could learn from EA is the concept of “make rights”.
They mistakenly mislabeled a reward in the game. No biggie. It happens.
Simply reward everyone who got the pack a “make right”, an additional pack of equal or more value to “make right” the situation.
It won’t break the market but OH MY the goodwill they would get from the player base would be tremendous. (So easy….)

This is a reply from an SDS mod in a previous thread about this issue. Not not let them [censored] you around. These are 50k stub packs.

I'm being told we can do the Ultra Pack. That does seem to make the most sense.
So, to recap: IF you got a Chocolate Bunny Pack, reach out to Support for another Ultra Pack, but don't open it until later in the day tomorrow.

I'm on day 11 waiting for my reply. This game is in such a bad state right now...

Instead of correcting the issue they transferred it to another pack (Deluxe Premier). I just completed the Dog conquest, the Premier Deluxe pack was one of the rewards and the content of that pack was the Chocolate Bunny pack that gave one 2750 stub quick sell card.

@fuminpuma_PSN what’s a premier deluxe, to my understanding deluxe and premier pack are two different rarities
-
@b-dub_butter42_PSN it's the one that's supposed to have 3 cards (gold and red color scheme). You're right, I had the name wrong. It's the Premier pack.

Aw shucks, I got the bunny packs.
-
Just got the Chocolate Eggs pack for the All Star Miniseason.
So, still there.

From Miguel (The Show Support). When I sent a ticket for the same thing.

It feels like a massive letdown when you expect an Ultra premium 3-player pack and end up with a single choice from an old Easter pack.
However, this is actually not a bug or a glitch—it is an intentional design choice by San Diego Studios (SDS).
The Truth Behind "Random" Premier Packs
The Random Pool Dilution: SDS recently updated the game mechanics. When you earn a Random Premier Pack (like the completion reward from the All-Star Conquest or from Mini-Seasons), it pulls from a massive historical pool of past promotional packs.
The Easter Pack Inclusions: Because the Chocolate Bunny Choice Pack and other Easter "Ultra" rewards were moved into the random Premier pool, they override the standard 3-card layout. You are essentially given a 1-card choice pack inside your Premier reward slot. That's the longest winded load of ....
I appreciate a good line of bulls... as much as anybody, but give me a break. If you get an Ultra Pack wether free or paid for it should come with the listed odds. Which are 12.5% each for 8 different Ultra packs. Easter program isn't even listed. What's 12.5x8? Let me do the math... 100.At this point in time it's not about the pack (I have Micky and V. Mart). But [censored], don't give us that world salad bs and hope we're too stupid to see what's happening.
Here's a hint, there's probably not going to be a season next year, which means game sales will tank, so they're squeezing every penny they can out of this one. Just say it, SDS. They put Jackie Robinson/NLB in a pay pack collection for the first time ever! That tells me all I need to know.
