Playing 1000 rated icon first game of wc classic. Need to play 5 ranked games to be eligible for wc.

1000 plus rated player.. Claims he hasnt played in 2 months. Thats like me playing wc classic in the 400 ranks, as a 700 ranked player. Refused my friendly at the start. Then when i was up 2 runs in the 7th he decides to send me a friendly lol. First game of wc. Thats what I run into. So lame. I gave him a game though tried my best. He knows he is wrong. Sds is also wrong for allowing miss matches like this.
1000 rated players are on a different level. Huge difference between 700s and over a 1000.
There needs to be a minimum of five games played in ranked requirement to be eligible to play wc.

My last game I got disconnected while winning but the dude decided to hit two home runs in the first and then watch both home runs like an A$$ so I hit 4 and watched all 4 to be a di** but in the end I loose connection and get fu****!!! Nothing like good ole SDS bending its customers over with no lube!!!!

Yea lost two games due to connections and now can’t win weekend classic rewards so I’m hella salty. I sent two tickets in but I know nothings going to happen. I want to quit playing so bad but I love baseball and the game itself isn’t bad just literally everything else about it is lol. -
@Nickc22_MLBTS yeah good luck on them answering the tickets. I also like the game. Just hate all the little bs things they need to fix. Match making especially in ranked wc needs to be one of those things fixed. Its really not fair at all. We should be playing equal level players in wc. No business playing vs a previous 1200 rank in wc in the 700 ranks.

Yeah I played in all-star in the 600 once last year in the WC because I only played one ranked game one of the months and lost. Ended going like 18-0 or something and getting up close to the 1100 ranks. Really unfair to people and you constantly get messages about you cheating. Rewards aren’t worth tanking to be low though.

@virusts_PSN yeah not sure how they can change this to make it more fair. Maybe disqualify the people from weekend classic unless they play a certain amount of ranked games per season. Thats the solution right there. Like have to play 5 ranked games to qualify. This season was 33 days long. Why not have some type of minimum game requirements for wc.

This doesn’t sound bad at all, also need to have regular ranked available for people that don’t qualify or don’t even want to play it.
Last weekend classic I didn’t even try to play because the rewards were mid IMO and not worth the sweat.

Theres always a workaround - you could just quit out of 5 games if you wanted. If you're an 800 player, there are 500 or 600-level players who will beat you because they dont play much, but they crush all star difficulty.
Im glad I stopped playing Ranked, but thats just me - for most people who like competitive, thats gonna be their go-to mode.

@rubicante23_PSN sure they can lose 5 straight. But at the expense of ruining their record. Thats fine if they want to bust up their record to do it. At least they are having to tarnish that. Alot of competitive people wont tank their records for that.
Im trying everything i can to make ws lately. Get up to around 770 pushed right back down back and forth. Getting matched up with studs and 1000 ranks.
They need to push hof back to 800 to 1000. Legend after a 1000.

Getting to 700 used to be a relief for me. No more all star difficulty means random guy is not gonna get hot and homer five times in an inning (well, unless hes a cheat)
