All Star Moonshot Event

The All Star Moonshot Event concludes at 2PM ET / 1PM CT / 11AM PT on Tuesday, July 14th. This is before the actual real life All Star Game that happens later that night.
I just want to clarify that the event will expire before the real life festivities are even concluded. Seems odd to end it on the afternoon before the main game. Then again, seems odd to have a moonshot event since that prevents us from using the AS collection pitchers.

So we have a [censored] ton of new content, weekend classic and we have to finish the event in less than a week. Great.

If SDS is only having events periodically, I would rather they waited for this event until after the Weekend Classic. That's just me, though.

I will ask again - are there any halfway-decent players who want Moonshot? I feel like moonshot is designed exclusively for people who cannot hit (but who will dashboard as soon as you homer...in moonshot).
I dont really care. Its clear they are never gonna use Events to do any kind of interesting restrictions. So, whatever...moonshot it is.
