SUTTER HEALTH PARK

What's up with A's getting no love from SDS. Sutter Health Park looks like it was streamlined with no effort. They skipped out on all great details that small venue has. Shameful SDS!

You sure? As far as I know, every ballpark in the game has details that are important to the ballpark, like the Green monster, the train in
Minute MaidDaikin Park, and Bernie Brewer sliding down the slide at American Family Field, just to name a few. -
Compared to how they treated the situation with the Rays last year, SDS bestowed huge love on the A's. The Rays played in the Yankees' minor league park, but that reality was never reflected in MLB 25.
But, in fairness, your overall point is on the money. SDS short changed this situation like they have so many other aspects of the game. Slap a single coat of thin paint on the wall and call it a day! That's pretty much been the SDS formula for a number of years now.

I'd like to see Oakland Colosseum added to the game as a classic stadium at some point. It was far from my favorite ballpark (I can't imagine sitting along the foul lines and being so far away from the action), but I'm sure people are nostalgic about it and would love to see it return.
-
@Player99_MLBTS Positive. A's updated the SHP to MLB standards considering it being a minor league ballpark. It would take SDS nothing to update that place, however they are probably busy with micro transactions money-grab features of the game.
-
@LadySwampfox_XBL Absolutely!
-
@PriorFir4383355_XBL For sure. It'd take them nothing to update small details in that small venue, however they are more concerned with money-grab features of the game. SAD indeed

You're formula is to agree with anything that is against SDS, even if it is wrong and just baseless.
First of all, development of 25 began at the end of the 2024 season.
Second of all, unlike announcement of Sutter Health Park being the temporary home of the A's, the events of Hurricane Milton occurred WELL into the off-season. By that time, SDS was wrapping up development, and there was no need to make SDS' employees spend more time at the facility scanning and implementing Steinbrenner Field into the game. It probably take a while to do the scanning, it ain't an easy task.
So, back down and maybe to some fact checking on your statements alright?

@Player99_MLBTS Excuse you. Disagree with anything? Indulge me. Updating ballpark in the game has nothing to do with weather inclement, temporary status or other factors. It is a minor league venue so I am pretty sure SDS can afford to update it. Take a chill pill bubba

Are you a new dud? This guy has been SDS' number 1 hater ever since this game first existed. You could say he embodies hating gaming studios.
And no, I don't need a chill pill, I don't buy random medications I don't need.

Who's on this forum, adults or kids

-
@Player99_MLBTS Listen old dude, I bought game for myself on ps5 and my kid got it on xbox. He constantly purchases that silly stuff for DD so at this point I am a minority stock holder. If I feel like venting knowing SDS won't do a [censored] thing about it - it's my right. You guys want to squash your beef, meet in-person - problem solved. Otherwise don't do it at my expense. Have a good day bud

In a nutshell it's just a video game so who cares, right. However, lately it's been a trend with companies putting out half-finished products, trying to patch it and charge consumer full price. One guy here was talking about haters, bad weather and fact checking. Here's a fact, SDS estimated annual profit margin between 75 to 100 million, therefore, they need to do better for paying customers. Period. We should always challenge the quality of product otherwise quality will go down the toilet. Just ask Madden fans, they'll tell you. Thanks for replying to my venting and have a good night

@subzero0313_PSN If you don't even care, then why does this thread even exist?
-
@Player99_MLBTS That's none of your concern guy
-
@subzero0313_PSN Oh yeah, something you post for everyone to see on this forum isn't any of my business... yeah.. totally...
-
@Player99_MLBTS Correct. You misconstrued a simple post

-
@subzero0313_PSN Whats this "me" stuff all about?
-
@Player99_MLBTS Not the sharpest tool in the shed and stupid persistent, aren't you
