Preferred online game made for an online noob

Okay, so I guess it’s time to take a gander at online play. Pretty sure last time I played online was something involving the egg program and Wade bogs a couple years ago. What mode will make me the least angry?
I’d prefer a three inning mode if those still exist. And I don’t care about losing. I just don’t want to strikeout 18 times and give up 9 homeruns.
Any advice is appreciated.

The Moonshot event is probably the best one to dip your toe back in the online pool. You're gonna give up some bombs, because everyone is, but you'll be facing bronze and lower pitchers and its 3 innings.

I like co-op. Its mehh at first, but you'll find people to play with. Id play a couple games with you, but i think im in hof right now.

I actually played a handful of co-op games back in 21 and enjoyed the concept of it. I had sort of hoped that my co-op partner would bring a little bit more talent to the game than I did. I’d say that only happened about 20% of the time…. Lol

Just play baseball you’ll have fun. It’ll sharpen your skill playing online and you’ll hate them all and want to kill their mothers, but it’s harmless fun

Okay, just played a moonshot game. Dumbest, but most fun, event mode ever. Won 7-4 (probably should have been 8-3… boneheaded decisions). Won’t get my SB or K requirements done with this mode, but it certainly is fun!
