@DeleteyourTTVBTW_MLBTS they really aren’t. Madden is much worse when it comes to nms. HUT/FUT markets also is way worse. Atleast in fut you have players who play up. And there isn’t a large number of people urning to play my team rather than myplayer on 2k. Madden is the worst when it comes to content and having to pay.

@Apolloz_99_MLBTS madden is by far the worse my bank account from last October/December agrees. Like I have no problem spending money on any other game but mlb I don’t feel the need too and nhl I don’t either since I stick to world of chel. But madden is so bad. And 2k is rly bad too.

@Apolloz_99_MLBTS that genki force Lamar was the biggest scam on the game while I was still on I heard there was a pretty big Bo Jackson one after I quit. But that Lamar wasn’t even the best qb for a month and he literally costed 1000$ I wasn’t that bad I would never do that. And yeah same thing with the Dion and shadaur from blitz.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I quit when the show came out right in time to not have to deal with all those Oop players. But I only run theme teams so I will not spend anything for a card.

Yeah look, I ain't tryin to give anyone a hard time about venting...I get it. You play a pretty boring mode for hours, get a ton of packs...and get two bronzes worth 50 stubs in most of them. I get the frustration. But the hyperbole doesnt help.

Sds deserves every ounce of bad publicity they are getting this year. You cannot allow people to exploit a pack glitch and get away with it, while you have people paying real money for stubs. They are really asking for trouble. They cannot be this dumb.

I just want to point out that when I made the statement that SDS was to blame for the glitch, you sort of tried to take me to task for writing that. I think I may have stumbled upon an analogy from the real world that explains my consistent view of all that's going on.

A bank truck is going down the road, and the guards stupidly leave not only the rear door to the armored compartment open, but they also foolishly leave one of the money bags open as well. The truck hits a bump in the road and money sprays out the back onto the streets.

People run into the street to grab the money. Is it amoral? Yes, it certainly is. Is it illegal? Perhaps but I seriously doubt the police are going to try to arrest the people doing it. What's really dumb is running out into the street, but that's beside the point.

SDS should have done a better job of writing and testing their game code to prevent such a glitch from being released in the first place. Yes, there are people out there who would see the money fly out and refuse to run onto the streets to help themselves. There are also people who would recover the money that blew onto the sidewalk and turn it over to police since they saw where it came from. But, that doesn't mean the people who put a few dollars in their pockets should be treated like bank robbers.

It does mean that the negligent truck guards should be fired and perhaps even prosecuted for their extreme negligence.

Totally agree on all points. If customers really want to get SDS's attention on this, then hit them in the only spot they seem to care about -- their wallets! Stop playing DD! Yep, stop playing it. Given the game maintains an online connection via your consoles, SDS will have the information about acute reductions in game play.

Folks, this is the ONLY way that SDS will get off their snide and actually start again working hard to improve the game, though I wonder if they will ever again be led by people who demand that the hard work place as its goal to create the best possible baseball video game, not just leverage the reality they are currently a monopoly in MLB licensed video games.

This has actually happened before, where an armored cars doors flew open on the freeway and money came out. Some people that stopped and picked it up were arrested.

Boy, you have spent a fair amount of time rationalizing the behavior of a bunch of exploiters. Normally I would go check your game log to see if you were one of them but of course your forum name is not linked to your account so nobody can look at it.

    Now, to your point

Yes, multiple people have been arrested in these exact scenarios, as taking the money is considered theft. Because the funds belong to banks or institutions, leaving with it is legally the same as stealing lost or mislaid property, which can lead to felony charges.Notable cases of this happening include:Carlsbad,

    • California (2021): After bags of cash burst open on Interstate 5, a chaotic "cash grab" halted traffic. Authorities arrested a man and a woman at the scene after they locked themselves out of their car while carrying the stolen cash. The California Highway Patrol used ample video evidence and license plate tracking to investigate and recover funds. ( News Link )
    • Dunwoody, Georgia (2019): An armored truck spilled thousands of dollars on the highway. Police actively pursued individuals who scooped up the cash, threatening felony theft charges, which successfully pressured several people into returning the money.
    • Indianapolis, Indiana (2018): After a Brinks truck lost $600,000 on I-70, law enforcement publicly warned that anyone who failed to return the money would face arrest and theft charges.

    @Dolenz_PSN

He has said in previous posts that he didn’t buy the game this year, so of course he has no game history and essentially no skin in the game.
