Lost pack purchased

I purchased the Ultra Vintage pack for 50,000 stubs and when I went to open packs I clicked on the pack to open it and when I did I got a network error. Got back online the pack wasn’t there. Anything I can do to get the pack back?

Check inventory u may have the cards just not the animation.
