Absolutely unequivocally correct, I'm not saying that's @apolloz_99_mlbts specifically because he seems to have a good head on his shoulders...but you're not wrong in the slightest. Kinda seems like the majority after the early to mid millennial generation has single ply skin. I do also think a fair portion of it is maturity as well, patience and acceptance etc tends to come along more with age.
@go4stros25_PSN I feel like us older guys like the competition more as well. And are more willing to play online. Because thats what we grew up with. We grew up when call of duty was epic. Etc. Everyone would talk smack online over the Mike's. Keeps us young. I hope all of you play until you are 50 and then some. Age doesnt matter. Its the mind..
I agree with this as well, I'm 39 and this is my main hobby (especially since I don't play summer hockey anymore). I don't think that'll ever change.

@Sarge1387_PSN some of the older gen are just as triggered as the new ones. Especially gens above millennials. But it’s not really a generational problem. It’s about individuals in here that will complain about just about anything in here. Every generation will say something to the next it’s an endless cycle.

@JDHalfrack_PSN ok alot of what you said makes sense. Adding the other cards into the packs probably decreases live series odds immensely. If thats the case then its just another way for them to keep the gate keepers extremely high and hard to get. Still a form of manipulation..and if they are including the diamond uniforms as part of those diamond odds, then they are really manipulating things.

Another 15 packs. No live series diamond. Puts me at 415 packs now in a row. Ill be back to keep up the count.
Lol I really really don't believe you. If you don't have proof I'm guessing what you mean is 415 packs and NO 90+ live series or 415 packs and NO Ohtani. Pack odds are not manipulated. Lol SDS can't manage to fix people's ranked records without breaking the servers if they could manipulate pack odds the servers would crash lol.
I guess you're not aware gaming companies can manipulate pack odds through groups in the servers? Extremely easy to do.

I had to walk 5 miles uphill in the snow to get my packs in order to get my duplicate commons and bronzes. You young whippersnappers don't know how lucky you are.

See and with this statement it makes it even more unlikely that you haven't pulled a live series diamond. So once iguana I'll revert to saying you mean you haven't pulled a 90+. That i could believe but not ANY.

I have opened up around 200 packs today (a combo of standard and BiaH). I pulled multiple diamonds. High diamonds (Ramirez, Lindor, and wheeler) plus a bunch of lower diamonds. So much so that I was able to purchase nearly the entire collections needed for V Mart. Only need 1 more (either spotlight, egg, or awards).
Admittedly I had pretty good luck with the headliner packs too.
Regardless, whatever streak you’re going through on your side, the opposite has been my case all year. Pack odds are not being manipulated. People have bad luck. People have good luck. That’s RNG for you.

I credit the lemon water. Without sugar, either Realemon juice or real lemons. I can't see myself drinking coffee w/o sugar, though, ever! Lemon water helps with circulation, but you'll urinate a lot. It's actually worth it.

@Ditka06-_MLBTS I’ve noticed the same thing since the cheating [censored]. Seems like they lowered pack odds to compensate for all the cards that were getting pulled from it. I’ve opened close to 2-250 show packs and no live series diamonds

The most unbelievable happened this morning… I pulled Ohtani from a show pack.. the pack/group of show packs it came from was realizing I had never claimed my free packs/equipment on the Xbox main menu when purchasing..

Opened the first 10 packs of my multiplayer 50 bundle last night and pulled a diamond. I guess they forgot to manipulate my odds!

I have had bad luck when opening large amounts of packs at a time (talking about show packs) but when I open 5-10 I pull a diamond or two (low diamonds but still). Really weird

I still will not buy the manipulation argument. Pack odds are posted on a website and there are watchdog groups and huge potential fines if they are caught.
If they made changes to the odds without changing the odds posted in the game and or on the website they would be opening themselves up to potential FTC action and fines.
The FTC has already treated misleading loot-box odds as a real enforcement issue. In 2025, the FTC announced a $20 million settlement with the maker of Genshin Impact, alleging among other things that players were deceived about the odds of winning sought-after loot-box prizes and the real cost of obtaining them. State attorneys general could also investigate under state unfair/deceptive acts laws.
