XP after franchise games

Playing franchise offline and the past couple I no longer am getting xp or stubs after playing games? I was getting xp and earning rewards since day 1 and now Im no longer reciving anything and it shows my xp bar at the end of games and states play games to earn rewards...

I've heard this happen before.
I don't know for sure, but I think you have to restart your game, your system or, as a last resort, uninstall/reinstall the game.
