WEEKEND CLASSIC HELP

OK, so I went 6-0 in weekend classic and I never received my pack for it. My final game finished at 2:09 PM which is after the event ends, but afterwards I got my packs for my placement on the leaderboard so I sent a ticket to SDS asking them if there’s anyway they can review this and get me my pack and I still haven’t heard back from them. I replied to their confirmation email to maybe help get it looked at more and now I really don’t know what to do now.

Seen a few post similar to yours. I did the same thing the previous WC, sent in a ticket to SDS, and its now been over a month with no response.
