SP Rotation error.

In previous years, if my Overall was higher than the other 4 SP, I'd be placed in the 1st spot and pitch game 1 of the initial Double A season. This year's game, it locks me in to the 5th spot and either starts me in the 5th spot on fresh game load or skips the first 5 games entirely and correctly places me at the front of the rotation for game 6 of the season on a exit from RTTS and reload the save. My player's overall is 7-8 points higher than the other 4 pitchers.

I’ve been messing with CPU lineups and rotations A LOT and still have no idea how it determines rotation order.
