I am contacting you to file a formal claim regarding the disappearance of a high-value letter from my inventory.

The affected letter is Ted Simmons, legitimately acquired on June 8, 2026 at approximately 3:17 PM. After obtaining it, the letter disappeared from my inventory without me taking any action to sell, exchange or delete it.

I request a thorough review of my account records and transaction history corresponding to the date and time indicated. I understand that the MLB The Show systems record the activities related to the cards and the Stubbs, so it should be possible to verify the acquisition of the card and determine what happened later.

This situation represents a significant loss within the game. The letter had an approximate value of 194,000 Stubbs, an amount that required a considerable investment of time and resources to obtain.

In addition to the economic loss within the game, this situation directly affected my competitive experience. During the Weekend Classic I was forced to play without having the Ted Simmons card, an important piece of my lineup. As a result, I participated in the event at a disadvantage compared to other players, which affected my performance, strategy and overall experience in one of the most important competitions of the weekend.

3. Additional compensation in Stubbs for the inconveniences caused, the loss of competitiveness during the Weekend Classic and the negative impact on my gaming experience.
