Is there a gameplay XP chart and calculator somewhere? Not PXP, but actual XP. Some values you can kind of calculate, but they get confusing when going across difficulties or when double XP is involved.

For example, if you strikeout the side on rookie, you get 90 XP, indicating each pitching K is 30 XP. But on double XP weekends, striking out the side gets you 177 XP, indicating that the 30 XP is actually a fraction that is rounded.

Also, multipliers across difficulties don’t seem consistent. Going from rookie to veteran, a lot of XP on the pitching side seems to jump x1.1. But on the offensive side, it jumps around x1.15… but not for everything on either side.

Also, is rookie the baseline, or is beginner? Even though you can’t play beginner in dynasty, you can still earn Inning Program XP by playing beginner exhibition games.

Anyway, wasn’t sure if any of you have seen a chart or made one you wouldn’t mind sharing. I’ve started working on one, but was hoping for clarification and also didn’t want to reinvent the wheel. Thanks!

XP is weird. I think the strikeouts are are closer to 7-8 each because I think you get 75 in an inning with no strikeouts. What confuses me the most is how I get more XP when I allow a batter to reach than during a clean inning.

Yeah. Their formula is weird. I play on veteran and if I strikeout the side I get 99 points. But if I allow a base hit in there I get 105. Also if you throw a guy out stealing you seem to lose all points for his out.
I've tried to figure it out a couple times but haven't done that in a while because it just didn't seem worth it.

Well, pitching is a little easier to understand than hitting, from my experience at least. Especially if you don't allow completely absurd stuff to happen.

    On Rookie:
    Strikeouts are 30
Any other basic out is 23 (groundout, popout, flyout, lineout)
From what I can gather, giving up a single is 4 XP (weird), doubles and Triples are 0 XP, and a HR is -5 XP.
Walking a batter is 9 XP, but an Intentional Walk is 0 XP as well as a HBP.
Getting a player to ground into a double play is 37 XP.

The weirdest is that there appears to be no penalty for Runs allowed. The only penalty is for giving up a HR.

On offense, this is where things are harder for me to log, but this is what I think is true:
    Single - 34 XP
    Double - 43 XP
    Triple - also 43XP?
    Homerun - 63 XP
Every run scored is 28 XP (although this may include an RBI XP score as well, but it has been impossible for me to score a run without an RBI attached to it).

Walks are 16XP, intentional walks are less, but I only have had that happen once in my testing.

    Stealing 2nd - 13 XP
    Stealing 3rd - 18 XP
    Stealing home - no idea
Getting caught stealing is negative points, but I can's find where I logged that, and I believe its different depending on which base.

Every "normal" out is 11XP (groundout, lineout, etc) including sac flies.

    Strikeouts are 6XP.

Of course, this doesn't always result in the exact XP earned for an inning. I am pretty sure there are XP bonuses earned when milestones are reached - either card milestones or game milestones (10th run, etc).

Ultimately, my goal is to be able to load a game log of a random game and calculate pretty accurately what the expected XP earned was.

But things also get weird when trying to calculate veteran XP totals using rookie values. The pitcher XP multiplier is almost assuredly 1.1, but offensively, it's all over the place based on my logs between 1.05 and 1.15 (so it's probably a good estimate to assume it's 1.1, too). GOAT is approximately 1.43x.

Anyway, that's me just being a math weirdo....
