Why when I buy some players to exchange they don't show up in the exchange place?

i tried to buy a couple of gold Braves, I got them, but they didn't show up so weird

This happened to me too with the Padres. Bought 3 Paddacks my inventory said x4 on his card, but when I tried to exchange he was greyed out. I sold them, bought other cards in the Padres collection and didn’t have an issue. Just sell those cards and try another player

They broke everything when they made it so you couldn’t exchange/quick sell collected cards. All kinds of glitches. They need to stop restricting that.

Do you happen to have any of those players in any of your lineups? @oldgamingdad727 Events etc. I had this issue until I realized one or more was in a lineup I created.
