When choosing perks in a showdown, you always get that "significant exit velocity boost after the 7th inning". Does this mean it's active when you start the showdown or does it activate with 9 outs left?

@Onix_Savage22_PSN That's what I figured, but it never lights up as a perk. I thought that is what the Significant boost while losing would be used for, but the above mentioned perk seems it would stay active the whole run.
