Is anyone else's pitch counts messed up?

Not a big deal; but I just brought in Rob Dibble and it stated that he had already thrown 114 pitches!

Not noticed pitch counts, but batting stats are rooted, as always.

I had Gary Sanchez come up for his first ever AB and it said he'd had 53 ABs and was hitting .204......
