Stop making excuses for the disgusting logos in the vault. DO something about it.

We had a post about this a month ago, and I've pleaded with you all for years, but knowing my nephew saw depictions of [censored] [censored], Nazi symbols, memes about P. Diddy, etc. and had to ask his parents about it.

San Diego Studios has a RESPONSIBLITY to comply with Microsoft, Nintendo and the ESRB to keep this garbage out of their products, unless they'd like to try to sell the game with an AO rating.

So I just went to look and it was not as bad as I expected I saw 6 of 800 I looked at that needed to be removed (in my opinion). 2 of the 6 were definitely over the line.

Problem is after I looked at the 800 I closed the vault and went back in an the 2 really inappropriate logos were now 4 (and now is up to 5). As others had downloaded and re-uploaded. There was a new one that absolutely needed to go as well

Their whole vault system is an antiquated mess. They are approaching half a million logos in the vault but there are probably fewer than 10,000 unique ones. There should be no need for all of the duplicates

Minor issue. I mean, somebody could draw this types of images on paper and post them around your town on lamp posts or bus stations etc. Life isn't 100% sheltered about stuff you find disturbing. We just learn to respond and deal with it in a mature way.

True but on the flip side I would not expect to walk in to a family restaurant and see pornography posted on the walls. I would assume that the owners would take them down and ban the person who hung them up.

    No difference here.

In fact the code of conduct says

Uploading violent, racist, sexual, or otherwise offensive content is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in the indefinite suspension of your account.

I found both sexual and racist content in the vault when I looked last night. It does not really bother me, beyond the fact that I just feel really sad for the people who think it is cool to upload it.

But I would not want my 9 year old nephew to stumble upon it. Luckily he is not interested in sports games.

As adults it wouldn't bother us so much, but you wouldn't want your younger than 12 year old children exposed to it no matter where it was.
and it is more than a minor issue, as you will learn the first time you have to explain adult things to a child that they and you are not ready to deal with yet

@WoozyPolarBear_MLBTS I didn't ask for your advice, nor would I take it.

So you'd like your own kids, nieces, and nephew, grandchildren etc. to see that rubbish? "Deal with it in a mature way"? Now I know you're just being contrarian, because you've got nothing better to do.

    Move along.
