I’ve always been told not to complain about something unless you bring a solution to your perceived problem. That being said, I feel like there has been a lack of program drops and content in general compared to previous years. Since we are getting program drops/content drops what seems like every 7-10 days. Why not make those programs take a longer time to grind. I would be fine working on a program for 5 days while waiting for the next content drops. I feel like we get new content and I can finish the program in an hour. Then I have to wait another 7 days for a worthwhile program drop. Just my suggestion.

A portion of the community does not want to invest time earning program cards, they just want them with minimal effort. This is who SDS decided to cater to. They are actually proud of creating content that takes low effort to complete.

The grind is still there: repeat content for stubs to buy cards to fill collections.

I liked the version of the grind in 2023 and to a lesser extent 2024. I don't like the 2026 version, so I stopped playing. Hopefully they change it for 2027. But that would just upset a different group of people.

IMO, it depends on the definition of “grind”.

If a program is gonna give me 10k XP and 3 cards, then yeah, what SDS currently does is just fine. A 50 point program here, a Conquest map there, etc…

You want me to “grind”, then make a program that gives 10+ cards and/or 100k XP. That’s worth “grinding” for.

Yall remember the Grind for Babe Ruth in ‘20?? Now that was about as elite as they come. Even people playing 10 hours a day would have to wait a week or 2 to get him. And the card was GREAT. Man…the good ole days

The best part about it was it wasn’t behind paywalls. There wasn’t a collection that gave you 1/2 of the progress off rip. well I’ll clarify, there was, but they were players you collected by doing said program, not sellable cards you get in packs.

Gotta Give us a long program that takes a while to complete and the reward won’t be useless in 2 weeks.

With all these streamers and people complaining of same recycled content i think bring back the out of position program again would be fun

@SpecialFrosty_PSN I remember the grind to get Griffey in ‘17. I didn’t get him until July and he was incredible!!!
