How long does it take to get a response to your ticket?

I bought Santana during the flash sale yesterday, put me at 0 stubs. Thought I'd have a tiny bit of fun and put a sell order on my Aaron Ashby to buy a Chase Pack to try and get Griffey.
The Ashby sold, but I didn't get the stubs. I filed a ticket yesterday afternoon, and got an automated email but was just curious what everyone's experience has been on the amount of time it takes to get a response. Shouldn't have even tried for Griffey I guess.

SDS does not care -- period
Be smart and find a new game -- I should but I am silly and keep hoping they will get it and the only thing they keep getting is more greedy and care less about the players that MADE this game great at one time.
