Can minors players get Real 99 card

My brothers floated in AA and AAA since being drafted in 2019. Is he able to apply for a real 99 series card? How would he apply? I read something about that online and that would be sick for me to have. Even having any type of his card in the game would be cool

I’m not 100% sure how but he definitely could. I’ve played tink hence before and tony womack’s son both in minors if I’m correct.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN and Andy Pages. Luis Garcia (on the Astros) has run into some streamer guys too, which unfortunately makes sense cause he hasn’t been able to pitch much lately
