SDS can get wrecked if they think anyone in their right gourd would buy their mobile game. At this point they would have to give a free The Show Live Series Judge or Ohtani with the purchase. I think they are purposely crashing the mobile app thinking people will flock to their NEW game. The player base has just about had enough. I don’t think they get it.

Are they expecting people who already have the console version to buy the mobile version? Is there a large group of people out on business trips or similar who'd want to play it?

Yeah, no thank you! The only slightly positive with the mobile game is that just maybe if we are lucky maybe all the cheats and low lifes will migrate over to there. Mobile games are horrible, they are predatory and cheats love them. Maybe this is their answer to cheating . Create another half baked game that's easier to hack and cheat.

@NWOStunna_PSN Exactly. POS game. Someone made an interesting comment the other day saying they are being bought out or something and as is to why they dont do [censored] with their game. They're out the door and just soaking up the revenue till they get their [censored] canned.

Isn't the mobile game completely different? The trailer they made a while back seemed to indicate this.
I find it impossible to believe the console version would work on phone with how important yet difficult picking up pitches is

People will buy or play the mobile version. Not you or me but I doubt their intended audience is the hardcore console players.

They are probably hoping you find a whole new audience who only game on their phones.

Correct. And the only “market” it provides is 11 year olds who parents can’t/won’t buy them a console. This game was always a glorified mobile game so at least they found their calling. Tap sports will still make more and has more legends then MLB the show ever has lol

Dont think of sds as a video game company. Think of them as a group of old rich people sitting around a board room table looking at trends and discussing how to get more and more money out of your pocket.

They see how much money mobile games make and they think all they have to do is make a game and rake in cash.

@NWOStunna_PSN I don't touch mobile gaming as a rule, and haven't in over 10 years. Mobile gaming is 100% gotcha based, and made for people who are not true gamers.
