There is zero consistency with this game more so this year then any year. Now balls 2 feet out of the zone are being called for strikes? Oh but sometimes? Right I know I know… that’s baseball. But just the inputs…having randomized inputs is so lame. It’s just a complete roll of the dice. If I’m using a reliever for 4 innings and my opponent makes perfect perfect contact it shouldn’t ever be an out to the defense. And that’s one extreme example but it’s a microcosm of what this game entails. Sometimes you succeed sometimes you don’t. And I know a lot of you are going to claim that “in baseball sometimes players hit the ball and it’s an out”. Yea not perfectly. They missed something. Too early too late. Maybe on the screws but something wasn’t perfect. When a professional baseball player hits a ball perfect it’s completely destroyed. That all being said this is a video game. This is the only “competitive” video game where a person who makes the better inputs can lose. It will never be better because it keeps getting worse. I’m officially done with this game after this season. Continue to try to gain new players while you lose the old ones.

I have never seen a ball that is not inside the zone (including touching then border) being called a ball. Is this an online thing?

@CARDBULLY_XBL the first ball is you using a reliever for 4 innings I know he tired lol. Next perfect perfects do not and will not ever guarantee a hit. You know how many line drives are hit right at someone in baseball. Show us where the ball was 2 feet outta of zone and called a strike. This game has its problems but this complaint doesn’t seem to be a valid one.

So today I hit a screamer to the left field corner. Fair ball. 72 overall outfielder has god like speed and runs it down. Turns around and lasers it to 2nd for an out with no cut off. [censored] that. Everytime i seem to round the base my player hesitates and slows down. Im done.

This is determined [censored] simulation as you stated at its finest. This game can kick [censored] rocks.
