hmm.. the br thing makes sense. I'm pretty sure the count is from when you aquire him, not use him first, but I could be wrong.

@BLAISEBLAISE_PSN Are they not discovered if someone who never earned or used him in BR buys him?

Why doesn’t he nor Jose Soriano count towards retro chipper collection?

    That’s just crazy

@GoozeFn_PSN I doubt it.. that would skew numbers incorrectly and make it seem like there's more of a certain card in circulation than actual.

to be clear, there was like 103k three days ago, and now there's 104k.. so it's not many, but still has me questioning. I thought about buying 20 of him as he was limited but held off, thankfully. just trying to figure out for future stubb making purposes.

I was always under the impression that the first time a user either owned the card or used the card. It counted as “discovered“ or whatever. So buying a card would count as discovering it, and then if you sold it immediately and someone else who never owned it, bought it, they would discover it as well. Same with users drafting him in online formats.

I have no source for that. That’s just what I always thought was happening because of maybe something I heard a couple years ago?
