@SiberiaTigerCub_PSN here is the part you are missing. Free speech does not extend to what you do in a video game. You agreed to terms of service from SDS and your console’s online service. That type of logo and name are both violations of it. SDS is not the government (which is whom the 1st amendment protects you from). SDS can ban or otherwise apply any form of consequence they want. Apparently this guy is not being reported, or SDS doesn’t care. My money is on the former.

@LHUBison58_XBL I haven't broken terms of service. I am not the one who made those uniforms. I just said I don't get bothered by them as much as I get bothered by people who seem to believe they have a right to dictate how and what others are allowed to think and support.

All other factors here aside, incitement to violence, which the team name is question could be considered, is not protected speech. Racism and "Hate" speech, however, very much so are, whether people like it or not. There is a VERY big difference between "I don't like X" and "kill/harm X" which, again, the team name could certainly be viewed as the latter. But, yeah, as someone else pointed out, free speech doesn't apply to video games, or this forum, for that matter.

@SiberiaTigerCub_PSN This has nothing to do with free speech. SDS has the right to police their game however they see fit. I’d argue it’s their duty to keep stuff like that out of their game because it’s rated E for everyone. Lots of kids play this game.

@GoozeFn_PSN Sure they do I suppose. But there are 2 types of people. Those offended by anything they don't like, or those who maybe don't like something, but don't raise a concern because in the big picture, Nazi style uniforms in this game isn't going to break me.

@SiberiaTigerCub_PSN What a dumb take. There’s nothing historical about some loser in a video game trying to get a rise out of other people with offensive uniforms. Nothing I said suggests I would ever hide my kids from history. Parents use game ratings to see what’s appropriate for kids. This game is rated E for everyone. That’s literally what the ratings are for. You think parents should check every logo of their kids opponents each game? Again, incredibly dumb take.

The only thing im going to rant about is the Iranian war that is tearing down the economy right now. Isreal wont seem to let America leave it. Its their war and they keep dragging us into it. Its never america first with either democrats or republicans. Both are bad. Our government no longer represents us our best interests as citizens. Taxation without representation. So while you all fight over stupid things like a bad take. And yes it was a bad take. Meanwhile 90 percent of you cannot afford to purchase a home now. Etc etc

@siberiatigercub_psn I totally agree with free speech(and the responsibilities that go with it). I totally agree with parents being parents to their kids.
This issue is not that. As others have pointed out, this is an “E” rated game. The first example I thought of would be turning on the Disney channel to watch a “G” rated movie with your young kids and hearing f-bombs.
On a game rated “M”, yeah, stuff like this would be expected behavior.
