Why does this guy throw 102 consistently? He’s a prospect card .

He has 99 velocity, and very good per 9s and it helps. But, Aroldis Chapman has consistent 102 and he only throws 98-99 consistently, so it's not always true. Just glitchy.

They gave them the outlier quirk, it's not the per 9s or velocity

It doesn’t matter if it’s a prospect card, live Series, or flashback card. What matters is that he has the Outlier quirk on his fastball, which lets him throw 102 consistently.

I have him and he's awesome but you have to mix some breaking balls because ppl are just sitting on the fastball but on HOF hes sometimes untouchable
