Can't Collect Pack Under Retro Chipper

I have collected 8 spotlight cards from the packs before chipper dropped and it says I am past the 5 required for the free any spotlight pack, but can't get it. Anyone else have this problem or do I need to buy another card to unlock it? Or do I have to send a ticket in for support email?

Buy one of the cheap ones collect them and u get the pack that’s what I had to do.
